Three things help every project start strong: a clear budget (we're happy to help you pressure-test it), a sense of your vision and the lifestyle you want the home to support, and a list of priorities so we know what is essential versus nice-to-have.
Yes. We take on full new builds, large-scale renovations, additions, custom woodworking, docks, boat houses, finishing and landscaping. Whether you're starting from raw land or refreshing a long-loved cottage, we can help.
Our pre-build process is designed to reduce surprises, but custom lighting, appliances and landscaping are typically priced separately. We recommend setting aside roughly 10% of the project budget for landscaping and a healthy contingency for finish upgrades.
